A highly integrated PC/AT System-On-Chip, combining a 133 MHz 486 CPU core with all the system control and I/O functions in a single BGA package(35mm x 35mm x 2.33mm) package , has the more than sufficient features and performance requirements to cater the need for industrial automation control such as PC104, networked appliances and SOHO equipments. Supports 32-bit write-back 486 PCI-based system design with cache and DRAM controller, advanced power management controller, two 16550 compatible UARTs, floppy disk controller, SPP/BPP/EPP/ECP interface, PS/2 keyboard and mouse controller, and integrated peripheral controller.
